Do you have any shipping charges on international/within-India orders?
- Shipping is Free within India.
- Shipping to foreign countries is chargeable, shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout automatically and will increase depending on the order value of the product.
Can I change my shipping/billing address?
Yes, you can change your shipping or billing address within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped already, it gets difficult. Kindly reach out to our customer support team by submitting your request via the "contact us" form or mail us at support@kwayzee.com
When will I get my product?
- Our processing time before an order is shipped out is 24 hours, excluding public holidays! You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
- You can track orders using your order id or tracking id sent to you via email once the product is dispatched.
What is the expected delivery time for an order?
- Delivery In Metros*: 2 - 5 working days
- Rest of India*: 4 - 7 working days
Do you have a same-day delivery service?
Same-day delivery is currently only for Delhi orders at an extra cost borne by the customer. You can reach out to our customer support on WhatsApp at +91 9811733404 before 4 pm (except Public Holidays) to get a quote for the same.
