How do i return ?

  •  Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving the shipment, in unused condition, along with the original tags, packaging and the original invoice.

*Note : Mail us at support@kwayzee.com for a return/exchange request mentioning the reason for return/exchange

Are there any charges for return?

  • No, all returns are free of cost.

  • Our partner courier company will collect the package for return. Please ensure that the returns are securely packaged to avoid any damage of goods in transit. If found damaged, the goods will not be replaced or refunded.

  • Once we receive the package, Our team will determine if it is fit for replacement or refunds and send you a mail informing you of the same. If deemed fit for return, we will replace the returned items (subject to availability), free of cost or else refund you for the cost of the goods, to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. If you have used the Cash-on-delivery option to make the payment, we will transfer the refunded amount to your bank account. Alternatively, we can even offer a gift card in return of the product.

Why will my return be rejected?

  • If Item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and in perfect condition.

How soon will I get my Refund/Exchange?

  • Processing and closing of an exchange/refund issue may take up to 10 business days after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.

*Note : All Items purchased under discount are not eligible for any return, all sales are final. Custom orders can not be exchanged/returned.
